New fragrance destroyed Milk & Honey soap

New cloying, overpowering perfume in Milk & Honey soap is HORRIBLE! Returning the refill bottle I bought today, never buying again, and am warning family and friends to stop buying.

Upset about the scent change

I’ve been a soft soap milk and honey fan for years BUT they changed the formula, the old formula smelled so much better. I’m upset that they changed it, now it smells like the suave milk and honey soap :| but it’s getting 4 stars because it’s been real ❤️

Hate, hate, hate this new scent and formulation. Way too perfume-y and makes my hands feel over stripped and burning. I have used this soap for so many years and now will have to give it up.

New fragrance makes soap unusable

My family has used the Milk and Honey Softsoap for years, it's the only formulation and gentle scent we can tolerate. Took me a minute to figure out why the bathroom and kitchen now smelled of an awful and strong floral fragrance that immediately caused headaches...then I noticed the "new scent" label on the bottle. Indeed, the gentle scent is gone and it's now a super strong floral fragrance. Extremely disappointed that we now have to throw out all the soap refills we bought and that we have to find another brand of soap to use!

Can’t take the new scent

Bought recently with the “new scent” label and, oh my, not a fan. Really pains me to say we’re no longer buying Softsoap products. And that is awful to say because this was a mainstay in our family for years. It was the one brand and scent we could rely on, but sadly no more.

Horrible New Scent

I have been using milk and honey softsoap for many many years as it was the only liquid soap that smelled pleasant and didn't dry my skin out. I just recently started using a new refill bottle not noticing that it said new scent. I kept smelling a horrible perfume smell around me and finally realized it was my hands. I looked at the new bottle and was extremely upset that they changed the fragrance. I have a second unopened bottle that I hope I can find the receipt for to return it. This new formula is totally disgusting and unacceptable. I don't know what I'm going to use now as there's no other products that have moisturizer that has a scent that I can tolerate.
