New scent is awful. This used to be my favorite and I kept it at all the sinks. If I had smelled it before purchasing I would not have purchased it. It smells like old lady. :(

I like the smell of it. It made my hands feels so very softness. Because of the moisturizing of the milk and honey. None improvements needed . Yes I would recommend this for other to buy

New scent is overpowering

I just received my newest refill bottle and they’ve completely changed the scent. I’m extremely sensitive to any fragrance but have always liked the milk and honey as it wasn’t overpowering. I immediately had an allergic reaction to whatever overpowering floral fragrance they are using now. In my opinion the new scent is disgustingly overpowering, guess I’ll be switching brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Soft soap has been around for as long as I can remember. My grandmother's bathroom always had this brand forever and always so when I use this it brings back plesent memories from growing up. Also works great but leaves hands feeling soft as silk.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Softsoap Hand soap

Softsoap with added milk and honey hand soap are gentle on hands, lathers easily and great for using to wash hands, especially kids. It's great to remove any stains on hands caused by paint, markers or any grease. Gentle on hands but tough on stain. Not too scented, just he right amount.

New Fragrance is Overpowering and Awful

We have used this product for as long as I can remember. I have fragrance allergies, so the mildly scented formula has been wonderful in a marketplace full of overpowering scents.
As I was finishing off the very last of an older refill bottle, I reached for the newer one and noticed the “New Fragrance” bit. I opened the seal and immediately knew that it was going to be a problem. It has that “walking by Bath and Body Works” artificial fragrance smell to it. I put a very small, barely pea-sized amount on my hand and washed up. It’s terrible. I washed my hands twice with citrus dish detergent and the smell was still stuck on my skin.
Fortunately, I haven’t added any of the new formula to our kitchen soap reservoir. We’ll use up the last of the older version and go look like oddballs in the store while sniffing half of the soaps in the aisle to find a replacement.
We will be discarding the refill bottle and no longer purchasing this product. I’m very disappointed because this has been our go-to, trusted hand soap for years. It’s difficult to find replacements for things like this and I truly hope that the company pays attention to these reviews and understands how their changes can impact their customers.
