Scent Causes Migraines

I've been buying Softsoap Milk and Golden Honey for a number of years because it doesn't have a scent. Strong scents triggers migraines for me and many others. Now all we see is this Milk and Honey Scent and I did try it, but, every time I washed my hands, the scent gave me migraines. Even when my family washes their hands, I smell it and I get a migraine. Please keep making the original Milk and Golden Honey without scent. Do it for those of us who have problems.

I've been using this soap for probably over 20 years. I recently opened a refill with your new fragrance. It has a terrible perfume smell. I don't think I will continue to use this product if you keep this scent.

New scent is awful, overpowering

We have been buying (and LOVING) the Milk & Honey scent hand soap for years. I would happily pass by all the other trendy-scented and beautifully-packaged hand soaps in favor of our beloved & proven Softsoap Milk & Honey. When we ran out of it during COVID and couldn't get more due to supply chain issues, we scrambled to find a replacement hand soap and even tried many that were 2-3 times the cost to no avail. Nothing came close to the soothing scent and soft feel of Softsoap's original Milk & Honey. So we were elated when we could finally get it again after COVID and I bought several large refill bottles without noticing the sticker on front that said "New Improved Scent!". UGGGGGGGHHHHHHH. The scent has drastically changed but definitely not improved. Instead of the gentle, pleasant smell it used to have, the soap now assaults our senses. It is so unbearably strong that it kept me from going back to sleep when I used it in the middle of the night! So I threw out all the bottles I'd bought and am again on the hunt for a new hand soap. I will keep checking on this soap, though, hoping to see a sticker saying "We heard you, customers...here's the original scent".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The great new stink

What did you do to the soap? The new soap sinks and the sinky fragrance lingers on your hands all day, can't even wash it off. You took a good product and ruined it by adding a heavy new sent to it. You lost me as a customer, I will never buy your soaps again. Look at all the reviews, people do not like the stink you added to it and want the old back again and I have noticed your sales of this new soap can not be all that good, because the shelves are staying full, people are not buying it anymore.

Overpowering new scent

The new scent is absolutely disgusting. I am sensitive to fragrances and now I can’t use this soap anymore and have been using it for years. Why change a good thing? Have to throw away two big refill bottles. Waste of money!

New formula STINKS

I loved the original scent of this soap, but the new formula is overwhelming and gross. It’s also a very drying formula, whereas before it was so lush and softening. I’ve read lots of reviews across different platforms, and thankfully I’m not alone. Please change it back!!!!!
