The picture is very clear but I was expecting more of a doorbell function I don't see any need for the speaker AND microphone If it doesn't tell me someone is at the door
Picture quality is good but it constantly disconnects from my WiFi. I have no issue with other devices on my WiFi so not an issue with my router. Misses lots of events. The mounting tape is hard to remove from the window.

To help resolve this issue, we recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps: power cycling the camera by unplugging it for 5–10 seconds before plugging it back in, and performing a factory reset (after removing any microSD card) by holding the setup button for about 10 seconds until the status light changes. Then, set up the camera again and attempt the update.

This camera is incredible. I went to bed and was checking my footage and found out that the camera had managed to capture the Northern Lights, which were not visible to the naked eye! What a lovely surprise. The Window Cam is really well worth purchasing.
