[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can really see the contrast and brightness with the vivid colors on this tv. Watching sports and racing, I can see every detail with no blurring of loss of picture quality. One of my wife's biggest issues with my old TV was how the background sound would overpower the dialog of a movie or TV show. With the Adaptive Sound Pro you can hear everything.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the responsiveness with this TV and its remote very difficult to maneuver! I am not totally technically deficient, but this TV makes me feel like i don't know a thing about how to manage my programing, my apps, etc. I have been on UTube to watch various videos and some of the buttons or areas that are descirbed are not where the instructor says they are. I finally had my nieces come to help me, and even they said the remote is extremely hard to navigate and figure out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi LadyKoz,
We appreciate you sharing your experience with the QN70H TV. While we're thankful for you choosing Samsung, we're sorry to hear that you have run into trouble with your new TV. We strive to provide the best experience possible, so we'd like to work with you to address what you've shared.
With the interface, we understand the frustration of learning a new layout, especially when it differs from past experiences. To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model (QN70H) to view or download the available guides. Also, the e-Manual and Remote Control Guide are conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.
If you'd like any further assistance, Samsung is here to help. You can contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun) You can also LiveChat with an agent or find helpful guides by visiting the ‘Support’ section of our website mentioned before.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so clear compared to my old TV. I had to purchase a new HDMI cord as my old one was about 12 years old. Picture, sound, and what it does is worth the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color, sharpness is disappointing. There appears to be shading at the bottom of the screen and the sound is muffled.

Hey,
We appreciate your input on the picture and sound quality of your Samsung QN70H TV. If the image or sound isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Top directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > top directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
With sound, if it isn't meeting your expectations after system updates, there are a few settings you can try adjusting: Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode • Standard: Balanced sound without emphasis on any one range • Optimized: Enhanced effects and spacious sound • Amplify: Boosts mid and high tones to make dialogue clearer
You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune options such as Balance, Equalizer, Auto Volume, and more to match your personal preferences.
If these adjustments don’t improve your experience, feel free to contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also LiveChat with an agent or find helpful guides by visiting the ‘Support’ section of our website.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the TV. Very excellent quality and responsiveness. My son loves it as well, particularly as he keeps up to date with his crypto on i9t.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once Geek Squad discovered the issue between my Samsung Sound bar and new TV, everything is Great. Love the AI mode also. More consistency in picture quality whether sports, movies, or broadcast programs. It did take a long time to get used to the many menu options and we are still learning, but thoroughly Enjoying the upgrade to Neo QLED. Nice to learn from independent review QLED has a longer lifespan that OLED!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is the right size for our living room. It's brightness and contrast are very good. I wish the 50-inch set was available in an upgraded version. The clarity could be better. Overall, it is a good TV for the price. I set up myself and had a bit of a hard time deleting the Samsung free channels so I could connect into my cable's channels. Samsung should make that easier because not all viewers will want the Samsung set stations. Just my recommendation, don't know how others will feel about that. Again, a decent TV for the money,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellence product, good sound effect and picture quality, good gaming resolution and it comes with lot more build in apps.
