Induction cooktop

Have been using the induction cook top for a month now. I love the speed of which it heats up and cooks food. I don’t love the loud buzzy noise it makes (yes I am using the right pans), and I don’t love how easily the surface scratches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Attractive and sleek design

We did a lot of research and settled on this cooktop. Its a simple sleek design but we love the knobs - easy to use.

Great Appliance!

We bought this about a month ago and had high hopes which were definitely met! We were concerned because some people said there was a loud buzzing, but we have heavy, high quality cookware and the buzzing is very minimal ans only caused by the magnetic vibrations. It boils water incredibly fast, probably my favourite feature. I also love that the burners don't get hot when it is on until you put a piece of cookware on it. Having 3 kids that is a great feature. It is very easy to clean, and since the burners themselves only get hot through residual heat from the hot pan, food doesn't get burned to the cooktop.

Quick and Easy

Induction cooktop sat in storage for a year waiting for our new house to be built. Once out of the package all systems were a go although we did have to replace a lot of our previous pots and pans due to being induction incompatible. Have used this appliance for over 3 months now and am very please with the results.

Since I bought this cooktop 6 weeks ago there have been 3 instances where the cooktop starts beeping with error 22 out of the blue. If I go turn the knobs on and off it stops. But it makes me nervous that there will be more issues in the future. I loved my last Frigidaire cooktop but had to fix it 3 times due to error codes and ended up buying a new one. I’m not crazy about having the knobs in the front but it functions fine aside from those issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This will clear most false error codes. You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on.
