Looks can be decieving - do not buy this product.

I love to cook and this is my first time buy-ing a higher end oven and while it looks beautiful it has failed only 1.5 months into use and I am so disappointed. Please do not spend the money on this up-sale it is not worth it. As I have begun to use it, it is showing that it is not really a "professional series" and only designed to look like one, not actually perform like one. I read the reviews and so was careful not to let it get too hot, but when cooking a normal small dinner it failed at only 1.5 months in ownership. In that time here is what I learned:
The knobs are purely ascetic with no real mechanical functionality, for example the oven as temp knob, you can't turn it to a setting, instead as you turn or "set" the oven temp knob, the LCD display actually lets you know the temp and only goes up by 25 degree increments. The toggle between the 25 degree change is sometimes very small or very big and the knob never seems to turn to the same rotation for the same temp.
Next when we use the bridge element the voltage power going to the first burner and center bridge burner must just get split bc the heat never gets higher then low when bridge element is in use.
Finally, last night we were using both the cooktop and the oven at the same time, as one may do. Nothing fancy either, actually it was a very low maintenance dinner of roasting sweet potatoes while we cooked some couscous and boiled hot dogs on the cooktop.. We finished on the cook top and opened the oven door to grab the sweet potatoes and the error code Sab appeared. We read the manual. turned everything to off and left it rest for some time. 20-30 min later we still had the code and so cut the power as the manual suggested and now have the code SF. Which is a fail code and the exact same issue another reviewer had. From there review I am seeing this means that the control board is probably fried.
Its been 1.5 months and boiled hot dogs and roasted sweet potatoes killed this range... Not exactly professional series if you ask me. truly disappointed - do not buy.

Professional Trash

The biggest pile of trash I have purchased! Nothing about this oven is professional. Constant error messages, can’t keep a consistent temp to save its life. Only a single heating element on top of oven, nothing on the bottom. So in order for the oven to cook the fan has to constantly run, essentially everything is cooked by convection.

Love this Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with the looks and scaled down yet elegant looks of this range. I wasn't sure that I was going to like all of the upscale features. I was very impressed with the fine amount of control that all of the heating features have. Everything that I've cooked and baked came out great. Can't wait for next Holiday season. Everyone that has seen this in my kitchen-- is impressed with the stove.
