Highly functional smartwatch

Feature rich GPS wearable for tracking cycling, cardio, weight training and hiking activities. Automatically feeds data captured into the Garmin Connect app which seamlessly uploads all metrics into Strava. Additionally it transmits heart rate data directly to Garmin 530 unit, which I prefer to use when GPS turn-by-turn directions are needed on bike. Although I wish the time and data fields displayed larger, that's a problem with my poor eyesight, not the equipment. This watch is a useful and affordable GPS wearable to capture and analyze activity data.

So happy with it - Does everything you need it to. Sleek and white is a great color, can wear in any situation.

This is my third Garmin watch over 2 decades and they just keep getting better. The watch has great features for me (cyclist / paddleboarder) and an expected surprise is the morning report.

The display is hard to see because it is not bright enough. If there were a way to make it brighter I'd like it more.

Great Fitness Tracker plus

I bought this as a replacement for another fitness tracker and so far so good. I am impressed with the battery life and the many features. I generally use it just for fitness tracking but will explore its other features next summer.

I don't like it at all, probably returning it

This is the least user friendly watch I have owned. My Venu2 was great I only got the instinct because my Venu suddenly quit holding a charge more than a day. Very difficult to figure anything out on the instinct. Can't find anyone who can help me navigate it either, even people who own one seem to mavigate by hit or miss. When I first started wearing it the watch was estimating my calorie burn at over 3000 cal a day (I'm injured and wearing a boot so not doing much) so I knew that was wrong, I adjusted my weight which was 10 lb difference and suddenly my calories are 900 day?? not even close, My sleep used to be about even between deep and REM, almost 2 hrs each now it is constantly poor quality with an hour of awake and 30 min of deep and REM - I'm sure that is not correct.

Awesome Addition to my Routine

Great way to start the new year. I love the comprehensive features and like the stress tracking better than I thought. Easy to add custom activity types (I do roller derby and wanted to track my practice sessions separately from the other exercise types.) I like the freeform and opt in nature of the challenges on the Garmin Connect app. I am glad I switched from (Other Big Name Brand) to Garmin for sure!
