K-cups don't work!

I LOVE the flavor of this coffee. I look forward to finding some kind of peppermint bark coffee each year for the holidays! This year, I bought this brand. (we have used this brand before, just not this flavor). The first time we used these k-cups, there was nothing but grounds in my cup, and not enough water?? I played it off as a fluke. Then I tried again, the k-cup did the same thing, and seemed like it kinda exploded! I thought maybe it was my Keurig. (although all of my other flavor k-cups seemed to work just fine). I cleaned it thoroughly and tried again this morning. Same thing happened. I have wasted all but 2 of these k-cups. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on this product. I wish they worked they way they are supposed to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have stocked up on this coffee to last me a while. However, I can’t find the nutritional info on this. Do you know what the sugar content/grams are?
