One of my new favorite coffees!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a coffee liver so when I was given a chance to try 1850 brand Ground Coffee, I was pretty stoked. As a Folder company coffee, I had both high expectations for flavor and aroma, but also was a little skeptical of Folgers having a "specialty coffee". Both the flavor and aroma are amazing, and I will continue to purchase this brand in addition to my usual coffee!

Smells AND tastes good!

Campfire coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by 1850 Ground Coffee. I saw the words "fire-roasted" on the bag but wasn't sure how that would taste. It tastes like coffee that's been made on a campfire, which is a lovely taste and leaves a nice aftertaste that reminds me of camping in the mountains. I will definitely add this to my list of favorite coffees!

Great flavor and a great story!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a Folgers drinker, and was intrigued by the packaging on the 1850 coffee. I did my research (over a cup of coffee) and learned that Folgers was founded during the California gold rush in 1850, thus leading to the name.
The coffee itself has a very bold flavor. A great blend of a hearty nut flavor, without the bitterness of typical nut flavored coffee. The "carmalized" flavor they speak of in the description is the perfect way to describe the rich sweet flavor that reigns over the nuttiness. The best way to describe the Trailblazer is bold without the bitterness. It will definitely be stocked in my house! While I have always preferred a plain cup of coffee, I will definitely be trying the rest of the 1850 collection.
