Listed as refurb 90% but this thing was brand new. Easy setup. I’ve had 2 roombas in the past but this thing cleans my house so much better. No issues at all. Love it and definitely recommend.

We have been very pleased with our new Omni E25, it is a huge upgrade from the Roomba i7 it replaced. The Eufy is much quieter, much faster to complete jobs, has yet to get itself stuck, does not beat up the furniture (or people) with constant bumping and recharges much more quickly. Well worth the investment for these improvements.

I had purchased a differnt brand and returned it and figured we needed this one and we fell in love with it!!
its not bulky like some of them are and being black vs a white one made me happier too. it doesnt stand put like a sore thumb and our cameras outside are eufy so it made sense to make this awesome purchase.
