Not as good as I expected from you!!!

Product would not feed proper, I followed instructions , and to open feed tray several times before it would drive a staple! This happened about 30 times before I could sink 10 staples. I am returning it within 8 hours of the purchase!!! I have used your products when I was a contractor and I am very disappointed with this stapler!!!

Perfect for Sunday handyman ! The design is a bit confusing to me. Be careful on first use because the gun end isn't intuitive.

Overall, the gun works well so far, I am looking forward to years of use with this unit. I am hoping that the Arrow name is still a great name in staplers. I do wish that it had a cable guide for hanging Christmas lights.

Gets the job done

Needed this to tidy up some small projects around the house and everything went smoothly. Easy to load, and good ergonomics make it about as simple to use as possible. It makes me want to find other "things" to staple just so that I can use it some more.

Very solid construction and easy to use, drives staples easily with little hassle, used it to hang insulation.

The staples went in with ease each time. Other staplers I had were difficult to get int and seemed to go in unevenly. There were no such problems with this stapler. It might be because of the design!

Couldn't shoot staples into the material

My wife and I got this staple gun to reupholster some chairs. We immediately ran into a problem - it couldn't shoot the staples into the chair's base. The chair's base was just particle board with a laminate surface, and the T50HS just kinda mashed the staples against it. We were caught completely off guard by it. I'm not rating it lower, as we may have put it up against an unfair material, but it was really disappointing. We ended up going back out to the store and getting the T50, and it did a lot better.
