Does what its suppose to. Only two things i dont like is i didnt know how to load the staples, also how plasticy it is. But overall its a great buy. 1024

From a carpenter that has used many staplers in the field the Arrow Power
Shot is by far the best stapler I have ever used, I have several staplers in my shop and go for the Arrow Power Shot stapler when ever I need a stapler now. Thank you Arrow for such a good easy to use product.

Pretty good stapler

Doesn't always fire staples. I have to shake the stapler ever time in order to get a staple to come out. Other than that, it works pretty well and is easy to use.

Staples do not shoot after being loaded. Same with brads.

Hello, there. What you described can occur if the tool is loaded from the back. The PowerShot Advanced Professional Staple Gun is a bottom load staple gun, which means it won’t dispense staples if they were loaded on top of the extended channel. Staples must be loaded in the bottom of the tool with the staple legs facing up. However, we want to touch base with you to better troubleshoot what you are experiencing. Worked great, very powerful...enough so to make it though pieces of 1/4" wood I was trying to keep together.

Great for us older folks

I have been borrowing the neighbor's staple gun for years, but I have to press so hard that I can't always aim the staples well. Decided it was time for my own staple gun. The advertising on the package says "Arrow's most powerful easy-to-use staple gun" and that is true. There aren't directions on the package, so my first try at loading the staples didn't work. But upon further examination I found the spot to load them and finished my project in no time. With no hand aches. I love it!
