Suffers from 2 fatal flaws

This is an OK staple gun if you do only light work and do not want to use the full capacity of the magazine. While being labeled the most powerful gun from Arrow, it could not handle 9/16 staples into pine lumber. Further, it would not feed staples properly once it got down to the last dozen or so. With these 2 fatal flaws this stapler was returned for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, there. We're sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience with Arrow's T50HS PowerShot. It's possible a shorter staple may have solved the penetration issue described. With staples, we always recommend choosing the shortest size for all projects because you only need 3/8-inch penetration for a soft wood like pine or 3/16-inch for a hard wood. However, it's possible the feeding issue may have fallen within our product warranty. Although I have only used it for light projects , it serves my needs and its forward facing design is quite an improvement from the T50's of old.The grip is comfortable and I have enjoyed using it.
