[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stapler works very well. The action drives the staples in well. The back latch is a little difficult to release with my large fingers but I still give it 5 stars compared to the older models I had previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was torn between this tool and the traditional configuration with the trigger at the back. This tool felt great in my hands. To date it hasn't jammed and I haven't been pinched. Loading is a breeze without the traditional removable plunger.

Trouble loading staples

Hello, there. It's possible that you may have loaded the tool from the back, rather than the bottom. The T50HS PowerShot Advanced Professional Staple Gun is loaded by placing the staples directly into the chamber, with the staple legs facing up and out of the tool.
