Arrow has and will be my favorite staple gun
Over the years there has never been an issue and has always performed at a high level
I encourage anyone looking to get a staple gun to look no further

Standard Cabling Stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ecellent tool for running neat and organized cabling. Not sure we need an embossed logo on the handle, wears on your hand after a while. The first Wiremate stapler we purchased at Ace Hardware broke after just a few firings. We returned and got a new one with ease. New one fires great, no issues.

I'm just disapointed after my 3rd T25 purchase

I purchased your stapler because the name has been synonymous with quality and the availability of the staples. I install low voltage wire a few times a week. Over the past few years I have had to purchase 4 of your staplers after they have all failed to continue stapling. I refused to purchase another. So this time I really dove into resolving the problem. The problem in all of them is the staple strike wears down and releases the strike too early, not allowing a staple to load. Now I get that things have a shelve life but this last one lasted me 3 months! I want to love this stapler but if you can't use quality hardened steel to add life to your stapler then I have no choice but to find an alternative. Very disappointed.

Larger more heavy duty than my other arrow wire stspler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a professional quality wire stapler. I have used this stapler a whole lot more than my newer lighter weight stapler. But as with the smaller tool, this tool has yet to jam or misfire. In fact the only reason I bought the smaller tool was because I had mislaid this one. This one holds more staples and drives them into harder material than the smaller stapler. In fact this tool looks like Arrows other heavy duty staplers until you see the front with the horse shoe cut out for the wire.. The rubber cover for the handle seems to cushion the "pop" of the stapler firing.. As with.my smaller tool, I have really found an excellent stalpler in my T25. It was worth every dime I paid for it.
Pros: Hanging Targets, insulation, Upholstery, Wiring

Very disappointed

The stapler jambs, staples bend and up going through the wire, and often don't shoot staples. We have bought several of these staplers and tried every size staple offered with the same results.

The hammer doesn't release correctly

When I pull the trigger (handle) it goes all the way down, but then - nothing. Then I release the trigger and then bang. It feels cheap.
I do not like it and I am not going to use it.

I bought a stapler it says model T-25, but it performed so poorly that I called them. Without a moment of hesitation they sent a new one. I am really happy with Arrow and I will always use their products.
The T-25 that I bought at the HW store looks different than the picture above. I don't see it here.
