Simply DIDN'T Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stapler in hopes of finally being able to staple my cable wire to the wall. However, to my disappointment, it didn't work. The staples (T25 9/16 & T25 3/8) were constantly getting jammed, so when I pressed to release the staples, the staples stayed stuck. I assumed that I was doing something wrong and asked a friend (who's a carpenter) to help me. He informed me that the stapler was no good, and I should get a refund.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Product

I have three T25 staples, one T2025 Stapler and a T50 Stapler.
The only reason I have so many is due to not having a stapler with me when I needed it. It was quicker to buy another one than to travel home to my tool bags. I now have one hidden with some basic tools in the trunk of both vehicles.
My Grandfather introduced me to Arrow staplers over 40 years ago while my dad and I helped tack down that tar paper while reroofing my Grandfather house. Many painful hot summer days spent since assisting father on the jobsite but job made easier with these tools.
I cant wait to acquire my grandfathers tools from my dad.
My original T25 is still working 30 years later. It was purchased to secure CAT5 and CAT3 cable to wall and ceiling. I have even used it as a hammer.
It has since been used and others purchased for attaching the cardboard backing to furniture like TV Stands and dresser drawers.
While on vacation my dog ate the corner of the rug in a hotel. A quick visit to the local hardware store and was able to patch the hole.
Was at grandmothers and grandkids jumping on couches made the fabric tear. Luckily it was at the bottom and another trip to the hardware store. Couch repaired.
Very large picture frame needed its backing secured. T25 to the rescue. Needed the small flat staples not round. Another trip to the hardware store. The staples are always available in different sizes.
They have never jammed. I do occasionally have an issue where the staple hits a nail then bends and will not go in the wall. I can not fault Arrow for this.
The staplers are all metal housing. Been dropped many times and even used a hammer. Maybe Arrow could add an integrated metal detector to prevent hitting nails but I would imagine that would the first part to break and cause all kinds of bad reviews.
In my opinion these are perfect the way they are. Arrow R&D please do not change anything and they will last a lifetime and still work for my kids to hand down for many generations.
I highly recommend using the larger 9/16" staples for any cabling. The smaller ones do not enter the wall enough for long term cable staying power. They will pop out with the slightest little wiggle or bump of the cable. Along the floor, a bump from the vacuum will knock out the staple if it is not 9/16".
