Overall an extremely reliable tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never using this tool before I was willing to try it on reputation of other products that friends had bragged about. The ease of function and reliable of this tool meet my requirements to write this review. Having staples to be purchased almost everywhere is a plus to the overall experience of this product. AA+ is rating for Arrow products.

Design overall is good but dated

I like this tool for its old school design but I would challenge the design team to think more about ergonomic designs a bit more. I have large hands so this tool is relatively easy to use for me. Folks with smaller hands need more leverage. Reduced hand strength related to hand size, gender or age would be a factor in using this tool. I think there might be a wider market for a product with lesser force needed to actuate the trigger mechanism. Some sort of geared force multiplier could be adapted to the spring assembly perhaps.

The T25 stapler is a tool I couldn't do without Saves time on low voltage wire and makes the job look neat. It handles abuse as I've dropped mine many times with no problem would highly recommend this stapler.

Good for upholstery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rebuild atvs and antique cars for a living. The professional t25 fits the bill perfectly. No jams and good capacity in the perfect size gets the job done efficiently and effectively every time. I will buy arrow brand again.

No longer pierce wires

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unique design of this stapler allows for the wires to rest in between two teeth, allowing the staple to wrap around the wires and not shoot through the middle of them. This product has increased my productivity and final product.

Doesn't work right out of the package

I've been using T25s for years. Ever since you changed the way the staples are made, the staplers bend over staples or jam. When you would look at a row of staples before, all the points on one side would be going the same direction, on the other side all would be going the opposite direction. Now you have 2 staples with points touching, and that repeats down the row.
How did this ever make it past quality control? You guys can't tell me you haven't figured this out. I'm trying my 3rd stapler, all are doing the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
