Guarantee to Jam

I buy once a year stapler. Why? because its the only one the hardware stores carry. But, Its guarantee to jam on you and the staples don't hold that great in the wood.

Multiple Jams with Each Strip

Purchased a new T25 stapler and Arrow T25 staples. Stapler jammed at least 5 or 6 times with each strip of staples which requires taking apart the stapler to get the staples unjammed. Very poor quality - spend more time unjamming the stapler than actually using the product.
Pros: General Repairs

Newer staple guns jam too much.

I am an alarm installer and have found that the newer T25 staplers do not hold up very well. I can't afford to keep removing jammed staples while doing a job. Quality control must be a nonexistent department.

This is a silly product that causes a lot of irritation to its users.

I purchased it about 18 months and it has never been useful to me. It constantly jams. The local dealer is aware of the situation and has tried to provide assistance. The irritating fact is that it is still on the store shelves.

T-25 stapler jams way too often

We are a garage door and opener installation company since 1991. Arrow staplers have always been our tool of choice, until the last few years. Our installers refuse to put them in their trucks anymore, too frustrating to deal with the jamming all the time and we use only #256 staples. And I am frustrated with the quantity of T-25s I've bought over the years, thinking that they were being abused, I've since realized, that's not the case, and the guns are the problem, or the staples. Please, go back to the drawing board. I have a box full of "dead" T-25s.

I bought this stapler to put down heat wire for under my tile floor. it worked perfectly without damaging the wire. I used a whole box of staples without the tool jamming once.

Incredibly useful tool.

I am pretty certain I have had this stapler for over 25 years, and it has worked well the entire time. At times it is a little difficult to get on the wire, but if it is in the groove, this thing works great! I can't imagine getting by without it now.

Another disappointment from Arrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Against my better judgement I gave Arrow one last chance. This stapler fires about one staple for every ten times you squeeze it off. I have 45 years experience with many other staplers and nailers so I know what I'm doing. Trying several different rows of new Arrow T25 #256 staples it plain doesnt work. Today Ill be returning it to Home Depot and picking up a different brand.
