Confusing to set up wireless printing. Nothing in the set up instructions or on HP Smart app could help me with setting up my printer for wireless printing.
The unit was very easy to install and connect to our network. Has been fast and reliable with no glitches so far with a month of service under its belt.

I am neither pleased nor happy with HP management /executive board for eliminating set-up and operating instructions with packaging of the equipment purchased by ME. I was unable to set in up without timely professional and costly help. I still would like and desire an HP printed copy of the operating instructions and image illustrations.
I recently purchase this printer and fail to meet my expectations. The printer only prints black and white! Please check the entire specs and don’t be like me. My overall satisfaction is below average.
The printer arrived perfectly timed. It saved me from having to leave home to get copies of document. The only problem I've had was when I wanted to copy something to my computer. It said to go to a certain site, but when I did, the site had been closed. I don't need it to print every day, but it's nice to have when I need copies. It's not overly big and is very attractive. It's great to be able to print 2-sided without having to reinsert the paper.
