[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as an incentive for an honest review. This works really well as a motion light. It gets bright. I keep it on the lower setting and hung it on my fence. Now when I let my dogs out I don't have to turn on my back light. It was easy to put together. It's also made well. It just doesn't last very long on full brightness when you set it to stay on. Otherwise I love it.

Does what's supposed to and is well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few outdoor solar lights over the years and they either lose their brightness or stop working altogether after a while. This has been great so far, the aluminum body feels very solid and well built . Doesn't feel cheap, the motion sensor picks up movement consistently and the light is bright enough for our side yard. One charge keeps it about 4 days as i tested it by bringing it inside after a day. It's just one of those products that does what it's supposed to and does it well.

Perfect solar light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Techko Solar light! It’s so slick and pretty. I love the three light settings so you can adjust the brightness as necessary. The mounting was very easy and it’s perfect for my little yard. Definitely a must have when hosting anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This solar paneled light has been so much more helpful then I ever imagined.not only does it charge itself via solar panel it automatically turns on when the light is dim or dark but has multiple settings. I placed it in my driveway because it’s so dark at night when you get out of or into the car searching in the dark for keys well not anymore I can actually see what I’m doing . Been out there for weeks in rain and sunshine and still looks like it did straight from the box ! I

Useful but make sure you know where to put it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems easy to hang with the included screws, however it was difficult to find a good spot to put the light. Testing out some different areas that get enough sunlight but will see how it holds up over time. I do like the different light settings, the motion sensor is useful and illuminates fairly well. Takes a while to charge.

Looks nice, functions well, only slightly water resistant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I quite like this light. It looks nice and clean and blends seamlessly with my home. It’s easy to install with the enclosed screws (measurements in the back make is quick and easy to place the screws correctly). There’s multiple settings that allow you to set up the light to your preference (always on low, high when motion detected and low otherwise, and high when motion detected and off otherwise). The motion detect did work very well within about ten feet instead of the stated distance of 19 feet but it’s installed in a corner so that might affect the range. The main drawback is that this unit is advertised as for outside use and requires an estimated 7 to 8 hours of sunlight to recharge. But the Ingress Protection rating is only IP54 which means it’s rated a 5 against solid foreign objects (dust protected) and only a 4 against liquids (splash resistance). IP54 is really only recommended for indoor or covered outdoor use. Outdoor light fixtures exposed to rain are generally recommended to be at least IP65. All of this means that its ideal usage locations are far more limited than it first appears.

Great motion sensor, good for my yard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this light alot and the automatic motion sensor is very useful when my dogs go outside at night. I will say its not as bright as my other one that is white light. This one is a little bit dimmer yellow light, but it still works well just has a smaller range.
