Poor screen protector installed

The battery drains extremely quickly and the screen protector that was installed by the manufacturer starts to make creases and lifts up on the center within few months. Very difficult to find local service center to replace it for me so had to ship it for 2 weeks.

I have had this phone for a little over a year it has cracked in the middle of the screen. And all of the cases that I have bought break almost immediately.... The camera stopped working within 4 months of buying it. Haven't had nothing but bad luck with this phone

Screen cracks in heat

I was cleaning out my car yesterday. Was very hot out, but had my phone folded closed sitting in an empty seat. When I was done 30ins later and went inside my phone has a crack in the fold. Will not buy folding phones ever again.

Great phone but short lived

When this phone is new, it is a great phone to have. The flip is satisfying, love how compact it makes the phone, and is just very fun to own. The fold is not unnoticeable but you get used to it soon enough and never fails to intrigue people. However, it has a very short life of perfect functioning. The screen protector starts lifting off the fold after a few months of regular use and makes a cracking sound every time you open or close the phone. The resulting air pocket becomes an eyesore and a place for dust and debris to collect. This has happened to me twice now. The first time, samsung replaced my phone with a refurbished one. The second time, I have to seek out repairs on my own (luckily it's in the warranty period), but local stores aren't even equipped to deal with Flip screens so my only option would be to mail in my phone, leaving me without a phone for many days. Moreover, I know that replacing it will only solve the problem for a few momths before it happens again. I am unsure if it is worth it to keep replacing the phone every few months once its screen protector starts having the same issues (and I'm not the only one who has had this issue with their Z Flip 3). Moreover, it's battery life is inconveniently short and gets worse very quickly. So while it's a very fun phone to have, it is only good for a few months, a novelty that is not built to last. If Samsung wants this phone to actually be a viable daily use phone it needs to make it sustainable, so it does not need to be repaired or replaced after every few months of regular use.

Worst phone from Samsung

I bought this 6 months ago and the screen is starting to Crack at the fold. I never did anything wrong with the phone. Worst idea to buy this phone! Waste of money.

Terrible Phone

Terrible phone design. The phone will open in your pocket allowing debris to get between the two screens when closed. I had a very tiny pebble destroy the entire phone by getting caught between the screens when closed. The screen is not durable. It has to be mailed in to be fixed and is much more expensive than nonfolding screens.

It's a good phone, but not for everyone.

This is a super cool phone that makes for some awesome conversation and wows, but in terms of it's performance as a device, it's not for everyone. The screen is smooth and buttery, and the small screen on the back of the phone is far more useful than you might expect. Battery life is mid, good enough for me who only uses it to text and call occasionally during the day, but it won't stand up to heavy use. If you use your phone a lot for intense tasks and need to rely on it, get one of the other Samsung phones in a more traditional tried-and-true form factors. If you're worried about the crease in the screen, it's definitely there. Not a problem for me, but some people really hate the feel of the crease in the screen.

Good phone, battery life needs improvement

I've had this phone for maybe 3 months, give or take, and so far love it. Only BAD thing I can say is the battery life sucks. I work 12 hr shifts, with my old s10+ I could go whole shift with not having to.charge or if I did maybe 1 time. With this phone I'm having to charge it at least 2 if not 3 times a shift. Need to improve the life of the battery, also a external SD slot would be nice to
