compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

Recall right after I purchased. Now I need protective knob covers so my house doesnt burn down from a kid or pet accidently turning on knobs.

Beware, Samsung will not back broken door glass. My oven was purchased in April, and used very little during the summer. I was wiping my glass door and notices a hair line crack. Called company and was told this is not covered under 1 year warranty. Will not purchase anymore Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so incredibly happy with our Samsung range! It's amazing how an appliance upgrade seems to have given our entire kitchen a facelift. With it's sleek design and modern looks, the range has become the center of attention in our kitchen.
Cooking has been a pleasure, with burners and oven heating up in record time. I was actually blown away with how quickly I could bring water to a boil, and the glass stovetop is a breeze to clean. Temperature controls feel sturdy and premium, timer alert music is pleasant and the internal blue color is a nice touch. Air frying might be my new favorite tool in my cooking arsenal, I'm not sure how I lived without it in the past.
Smart Things integration has to be my family's favorite feature of the new range. A simple click on your phone and your oven is preheated and ready to go! Such an incredibly convenient and helpful tool.
Overall we are extremely pleased with our purchase; bringing our family together for home cooked meals is extremely important to us, and Samsung has made that experience that much more fun, convenient, and pleasurable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has definitely changed our lives by changing the way we cook. We have been able to get rid of the clutter of smaller extra appliances sitting around on the countertops around the house. We also can now quickly and conveniently cook the best tasting meals without the added fat of deep frying. Air frying is the most amazing part of this range! It heats up super fast and cooks evenly. The added feature of having an app to be able to check whether you remembered to turn off the stove before leaving the house is the perfect safety feature for your home and also great for your mental health. I would recommend this range to anyone looking for a new electric range.
