I'd give 6 stars if I could! I was at the hotel for work and was wearing the 660 and the fire alarms started going off and my brother who was on the phone with me asked what that noise was that's when I took them off and heard the alarms!
These have limited functionality with audio control compared to other over-ear Bluetooth headsets I've owned, and the failure to auto-pair with my devices is super frustrating. I have to open bluetooth settings and manually pair these every time I want to use them with my iPhone, with my desktop PC, or with my Chromebook - and half the time after I do get them paired they're not recognized as an audio output device.
Skip these, Plantronics Backbeat PRO are superior in every way. I've had a pair of those for seven or eight years and the only reason they were replaced was the lining on the ear covers was fraying, everything else still works fine. These 660s were a birthday gift and I wish I'd have just bought new Plantronics before, I'm probably going to keep using those even with the plastic coming off.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our JBL Live 660NC is compatible with the JBL Headphones app where you can do more such as controlling the features of the headphone. Also, to isolate the issue with the pairing, you may try to reset your unit. First, turn the headphones on then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than five seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.
my first headphone purchase, great sound great price i think they were 1/2 price, the noise cancelling works pretty darn well, not as good as some other brands, blue tooth and hard wire is great. Daughter can plug into her keyboard and play her piano using the headphones. Battery life is excellent.
I was hoping the sound quality would be better than it is. It is good for speech but less than I hoped for music

These headphones broke after two days. Cheap plastic clip to hold this together. Shame on u JBL. This was my third pair of JBL headphones my other two pair still work after several years of use. If this is what I have to expect from JBL this will be the last time I spend my money on your cheap product.

These are the worst Bluetooth headphones I've owned. Not only are they Hard as a rock on the ears with no give, the housing is so cheap that both sides cracked just from simply storing it inside the dustbag. I don't know what's worse these for the jbl Peleton sport buds. Never buying jbl again.
