Turn off after pairing and full charge

I haven’t had these headphones very long and I don’t use them that often. After a full charge, I turn them on and they connect but automatically turn off 3 seconds later. Noise canceling feature is decent when the headphones actually work.

Thanks for your feedback. Your JBL Live 660NC might be locked. While the unit is not plugged into a power source, do power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds to see if the unit will unlock. If this step did not work, please do a factory reset by pressing and holding both volume buttons for more than 5 seconds while the unit is On. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

I LOVE these headphones! They have amazing sound and features are top notch! I use these at school, home, and at the gym and they work perfectly. The noise cancelling is good but can be better, I don't use them in loud places anyways. The only thing I do not like is that the headphones get really nasty and I have to clean them a lot. If you have very dirty hands then these might not be for you. But I really do think others should get these!

Not as advertised

Earcup size is not as advertised
As the advertisement, the earcup internal size is 2.5 inches but real size is less than 2.2 inches. It is much smaller than I expect and not fit to my ear

Terrible build quality

I bought this not too long ago and it didn't even last a week. Snapped from the part that extends, dont buy this EVER.
