Very down to earth features.

Very easy to use. Love how fast the stove elements heat up. Love the general plain and clean look of the product. The only disappointing feature is the limited drawer space in the bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i gave a couple if issues i like to put foil wrap in the oven it helps to keep it clean and the booklet say I shouldn't also the black top is so delicate i'm afraid of scratching it

Good Range

I have only had the range for a month so it is still early days. But so far I am satisfied.
The design is very attractive. The burners heat well. I did a burn-in for the oven but will have to do it again as there is still a smoky chemical smell when the oven is on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s normal for a light odor or smoke to occur during the first few uses as manufacturing residues burn off, but doing another burn-in at a higher temperature for an extended period (ideally with good ventilation) should help eliminate the remaining smell.

Absolute junk!! Stay away

I purchased this range less than a year ago. It suddenly sparked at the front left side and thankfully tripped the breaker before a fire started. This simply happened while cooking, no liquid was spilled on the range top. I called for warranty service and the Brick Service company TransGlobal came out said that it was "non-repairable" and would submit a warranty claim to Frigidaire. After 3 months of waiting, Frigidaire decided they will not cover it under their warranty, saying is was due to misuse. I called my regular appliance service company and he was absolutely flabbergasted when I told him that Frigidaire declined the warranty due to misuse. He told me this is not misuse and concluded that the wiring to the burner controls is not heavy enough. He took pictures of the burner controls so show me they were completely burnt out. Frigidaire still maintains misuse and will not even consider reviewing the independent report. They also refuse to send me the pictures or report TransGlobal submitted to them. TransGlobal also refuses to send me the pictures or information they provided to Frigidaire. This product is absolute gargbage and Frigidaire warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. I will not be buying anymore Frigidaire products in the future because of how I have been treated by them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our master technician based the finding of misuse on that documentation, which is why the claim was not approved under warranty. While we understand you have since submitted your own photos for review, those do not include the original images provided by the service company that our technician evaluated. Because the warranty decision must be made using the official service provider’s documentation, the determination of misuse remains unchanged.
