Best toaster I've ever owned. It's simple, yet versatile and it's very affordable. Much better than heating up a toaster oven just for a slice of toast or a bagel. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a 2 slice toaster.

I have to set mine on a 1 for light toast. The 2.5 is pretty much medium. This is for wheat bread. I have not tried a toasting a bagel yet. I’m still deciding if I want to return it.

Initial toaster purchased toasted but toast didn’t “pop up” when toasting was finished. Contacted company and toaster was replaced without any hassle. Took approximately seven weekdays to replace where initial purchase made with prime arrived next day after order was placed. Replacement toaster works fine. Like the option of being able to raise the toast with the handle beyond the “pop up” level if needed for smaller items being toasted.
