5 stars because I was looking for a toaster to do the wider slices (not thicker). This is slightly better than the Black And Decker that it replaced, but still a little narrow.

Bought this toaster when my other stainless Cuisinart toaster stopped working. For the price, this toaster works pretty good. Setting the darkness has been tricky.
