I have purchased other Cuisinart products in the past..this one does not live up to the expectations. The main problem is it under toasts and one side cooks more than the other.

Settings are very accurate and my toast comes out just the way I program it!I especially love the reheat, defrost and bagel buttons - they all come in handy and do what they're supposed to do. This toaster is better than just a toaster it is well worth its price
