Toaster is easy to use but am unhappy that only one side of the bread is toasted perfectly while the other remains only lightly or barely toasted.

This was a replacement toaster. My expectations were high because of the Cuisinart name. Unfortunately, I found there was very unequal toasting on my bread slices. Not much better than the toaster I replaced.
