Love this toaster perfect size stays cool to the touch. The wide slots fit all types of breads and bagels. Has settings for all types of breads and whether you like light or darker toast. The option to be able to pop up toast is great especially when it gets done sooner then expected. Well worth the money!

The heating elements are quite uneven, only one side of each slot toasts the bread. Thought I was getting Cuisinart quality but not this time.
