TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND WARRANTY

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision.
After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way.
I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it.
To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure.
For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Best TempurPedic Mattress I’ve Owned

I’ve had a few of these over the last 20 years and this one is the best yet. It mold to you without letting you sink in, which for me, is crucial as I have lower back issues and any “slumping” or sinking around the low back to butt causes bone on bone pain. This stops it all and is super comfy yet still very firm. Firmer than most all foam mattresses, yet it isn’t hard. Perfect.

Good mattress but not great

We purchased the ProAdapt Medium Firm mattress about four weeks ago after deciding to invest in a higher-quality option for my lower back pain. In the store, it felt like the perfect level of support—similar to my son’s medium firm mattress (a different brand) that I sleep great on without any pain.
While the mattress is clearly very high quality, it does feel noticeably firmer than what we experienced in the store. I expected a slight difference, but this was more significant. During the first couple of weeks, we woke up with upper back and shoulder soreness (side & stomach sleeper). We were advised to allow time for a break-in period, and that adjustment discomfort was normal.
The mattress has started to soften slightly, and we’re hopeful it will continue to improve. Overall, it’s a great mattress, but be prepared for it to feel firmer than expected at first.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great sleep

We love our new Tempur-pedic mattress. My husband and I usually toss and turn frequently throughout the night but since getting our new mattress we now sleep more soundly without tossing & turning. We also love the adjustable frame.

The mechanisms do not work for a person 6’2” and 5’. Shld be placed in diff spots for ppl of diff heights

I have a older model just bought 2 sets with in a few weeks now I’ll be getting another set this time I’ll be getting the adjustable base like the ones I just got the one I have is 20 years old time to upgrade

It's killing my back!

We've had the mattress for 3 weeks and I regretfully have sleeping in another bed because my back and hips hurt so much after a restless night of sleep. Break in period is too long to suffer through the pain.
