broken down no longer firm after less than 4 years

This firm mattress has a large lump in the middle and the sides where we sleep are soft and I have fallen off the bed when rolling over.
It has been a waste of money and there is not support whatsoever. I will take pictures if you need to see them. The warranty is not up yet on this. Neither my husband nor I are over the weight limit for this bed. He weighs about 235lb and I am at 165lb.

Perfect mattress

The ProAdapt Medium Hybrid is the perfect blend of comfort and support. There is just enough squish to be cozy, but also a sweet amount of support to not feel like you are sinking into the mattress.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleep on this mattress is not really restful for me, and I am sore in places I've not been on other mattresses

Very comfortable mattress, adjustable base works great

I had an older model Tempurpedic mattress for about ten years. The new hybrid model is more comfortable (softer, but with good support) and the mattress doesn’t feel cold (I didn’t get a cooling mattress because I don’t need that feature). The adjustable base allowed me to stop using a wedge for reflux, and I’m able to adjust it to whatever angle I choose. So much more comfortable and usable.

Beware, not worth it

Tempurpedic missed the mark with this version. It held up less than 6 year. Mattress became saggy. You can feel and hear the springs when turning in bed. It does not provide a good night sleep. Very disappointed. My original Tempurpedic mattress was Soo much better. Tempurpedic did not stand behind the warranty.

Mattress failure

Our mattress is sagging on the edges and bunched in the middle. We are currently going thru the warranty process and are very displeased with the process. I am an 80 yr.old veteran with limited capabilities, and lifting this mattress all the time is hard on me. I have sent three rounds of pictures that they asked for, and it is still not enough, So today I received another e-mail requesting more pictures. I am not at all pleased!
