Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Router/Modem

Very pleased with this product. I utilize this device for work and personal use. I regularly download 6Gb and greater files, and this device is much faster and reliable than the stock one that was provided through my cable plan. Just did a speed test using my phone and the outcome was 116.8 Mbps download speed with only a 100 Mb plan. Range of distance is exceptional.

The last cable modem / router I had which was from Netgear gave me problems a lot. Had to reset it a few times a week. Then out of the blue after a reset it didn’t power back on. So I was skeptical of buying another Netgear product but glad I did. The Nighthawk has not failed me yet with 2 Tv’s, 3 computers, 5 phones and a few tablets connected to it!!! Works great. The Nighthawk app for cellphone is a little slow connecting some times. Overall it was worth the money spent.

I have noticed that if you unplug the power for couple of hours, it deletes all the settings and needs to reconfigure again. That’s a big flaw.
