Tremendous upgrade!

My devices were frequently dropping my wifi signal. Not one has dropped signal since I replaced the old modem/router (from a different brand) with this Netgear about two weeks ago. Installation was easy despite the app appearing to have some bugs (I had to enter some of the information three times before it worked).

Working as expected

A few steps are necessary during the setup to connect to internet, but not very difficult. After setup, it is just a case of switching all of your devices to the new router. Now that all are connected there is really nothing else to be concerned with. The only one item that was a problem was Alexa Show as it was difficult getting to the right screen to input new router password. I have been using it for a week now and all that is left to do is watch the lights blink. Coverage is good, and speed is not a problem.

Easy setup, flawless operation, very strong signal throughout my house, smoking fast!! Same broadband service as my sister, but night and day difference between our service thanks to this bad boy! Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Love the fact this reduces the amount of cables and space previously taken up by two pretty unattractive boxes. Setup process was relatively simple, though I did have to put in a call to my ISP to finalize. Overall not too bad. App has some really nice features. I will say even though I changed the given password, my security application keeps flagging the new Netgear network as not secure. Think it may just be a glitch on my end, but kind of and annoyance to get the security pop up and something that leaves me a little worried.
