Above Cap Speeds

I recently purchased this router/modem. Setup was easy, support was great when I had a small issue and my router is now breaking my speed cap at ISP. I pay for 200mb and run a speed test daily - I’m getting between 215-237mbps. Great router!

Perfect for a quick move

I’m a college student and just recently moved into my first apartment. This was a first thing I set up in my home. It was so simple and easy. Called the help desk to make sure I had set it up correctly and they were very helpful with the final step process.

I was looking to buy my own modem instead of renting one from Xfinity again, and this has to be the best choice I’ve made. Fast and stable, I only regret not getting one earlier

I bought this a couple montgs ago. The price tag was a bit of "sticker shock" but i thought by spending the extra money i would get better features and quality. When the router stopped working correctly and then the modem, i troubleshooted the situation with my ISP and was advised to contact Netgear. After a combined hours of holding for a specialist, i was advised to reset the new device. After the reset, the device worked. What boggles me is why it needed to be reset in the first place. Also, my ISP said the modem configuration needed to be verified as being up to date, but Netgear said there is no way to pull or manually initiate an update.
