Great router

My house is over 5000 ft.² with the basement. The router is on the main floor in the corner and I get a Wi-Fi signal everywhere including most of my yard

The Nighthawk App stated "Firmware Out Of Date." Nighthawk app was updated 2 days before the Modem was installed. Keep getting "go to routerlog.net. Tech support called. On the Router Log admin page it showed the Modem

Fast and Easy Setup

This unit is incredibly easy to use and operate. The nighthawk app is intuitive and well integrated with the modem/router. The speeds are relatively quick and connectivity is reliable across 3 different levels of house. I will update in the future after more use!

Difficult to Set Up

I had issues getting the modem/router set up had to call both my provider and Netgear. Christine, the service tech that helped me was great! She was patient and calmly explained the several trouble shooting methods before having us reset the device. Of course they made a plug for me to add on their extended phone ‘assistance’ after 90days. Unit is working well.
