Easy Setup

The NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 out of the box and running in 5 minutes. The app almost does it for you. I did have to call my ISP and give them the modem info for their service, but other than that it was a breeze.

new wifi

works no big deal. it just stinks have to reset my arlo camera and doorbell with new network. having technical issues. wish i can use the same wifi network...

Ok, so this was not that easy to set up as I have very bad cellular at my house. There is an app that walks you through the process but it kept on not taking me to the next step because it would time out. After a few phone calls I was able to successfully set it up. Works great provides internet to whole house

At first I was a little irritated because it was not compatible with my internet package with Cox. I downgraded my internet speed and returned the modem they were “leasing” me and couldn’t be happier!

easy setup and great tech support

The setup of my Nighthawk cable modem router was pretty straightforward and seamless. I did need some tech support input, and was connected quickly with a competent techie who led me through the steps of setting up the router. The router itself has worked well for our home.
