I have the WiFi router/modem and have found it to be reliable, a quick set up and very easy to use. The Nighthawk app also keeps me informed of the modem status and how much internet traffic is occurring on my account. The Support Team is 24/7 and very helpful when needed—-no long waits. Highly recommend.
