Not as advertised

I bought this to replace my very old netgear tech. The website says compatible with spectrum. I spent the afternoon shopping, installing and trouble shooting to find out that it is no longer compatible with spectrum. This was not a cheap buy. I had to fight to return the item. I was then forced to buy a new brand. When I called into netgear the guy said well it happens. It was no longer compatible since feb. Its now June can you cant update the information? He then gave me new option to purchase that were over double the amount i paid for this one. Super disappointed

Our old Nighthawk stopped functioning so we bought a new one. This one seems faster than the last one. Support was helpful in connecting my printer. Happy so far!

Upgrade not that great

I thought this would be a better up grade from my previous motorola cable modem. The netgear nighthawk kicks you off your wifi for no reason, causing you to log on to your network over and over. The box is constantly buffering making watching TV annoying. I am not sure what the problem is or how to fix it since this is a new modem. For the amount of money I paid this should not be happening. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
