Speeds are very unsatisfied

I was excited to get a new modem and return Xfinity’s rental back to them to save money while getting better speeds. Sadly that didn’t happen. Sometimes I’ll get 200 mbps download speed. Other times I’ll get under 10 mbps which makes it impossible to stream, game, or even work with a laptop effectively. I’ll probably be returning it in a few days once I verify consistency with the old Xfinity modem.
