Transformed our wifi!!

Before we had a suddenlink modem and it was awful. We went weeks without internet and all they could do was say there was an outage in the area, so we would just have to wait. We bought a Netgear one instead, which suddenlink can’t control, and have had consistently great wifi!! It was well worth the money.

Trouble setting it up but Tech Support was great and figured out how to get me up and running. Turned out it needed a factory reset which was not one of the troubleshooting options recommended in the instructions.

This router is perfect for my home. I am able to use WiFi without ever thinking about signal strength or reliability. The black color helps it blend into the shadowy corner. It always works, but it’s like it’s not there. That’s the best thing that could be said about a router.

All in one convenience

Before I used both netgear routers and modems in the past and thought they operated very smoothly. However I am even more pleased to find and use this AC1900 modem router model as it is a two in one convenient internet hub that I can easily install and control through the app.

Good purchase

Definitely worth the money. Especially as this is my first modem / router for my apartment and new Internet provider. The set up is easy , even with one or two hiccups but mainly from a connecting to the right wifi considering it is a regular and then the 5G connection. A good purchase
