Misleading

It took me extra time to install due to the fact that the app that they have you download is not compatible with Spectrum as of yet. It says that the firmware needs to be updated and that leads you to a dead end. Spent 30 minutes on hold with customer support just to find out that nothing was wrong and that the internet was already working prior to calling them

The nighthawk is a very good product. Handles multiple devices with ease. A little pricey and set up instructions could be clearer, not many people know you have to login and activate the router/modem.

This modem is pretty fast it lets me monitor the devices on my network and allows me to disconnect or allow new devices. Also has guest network all in all its pretty good.

Range and speed is fantastic, easily covering our 2000 sqft house and into the backyard. Only gripe is that settings seem to only be handled through the app. The app is responsive and works well however, so this is not very no of an issue.
