Took the modem out of the box followed the instructions and came right up. Very easy to set up has great signal range. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

It’s ok since we’re saving

First one we got didn’t work. They did send us a replacement that came a week or more later. Finally got it up. It glitches here and there but we are saving a lot by not renting thru cable company. Hopefully this last long enough that we continue to save and not have to replace a router

Saving money from xfinity and did not sacrifice any speed. PLUS now i can connect my 2.4 devices… something you can not do with the xfi gateway!

We have excellent range, signal strength, and accessibility. The only issue we had was not due to equipment but rather how many others in the area had WiFi. Has many features and even an app to help control and maintain my network. Will continue to use!

This products firmware can not be updated. All i get when i try to log into it with the app is a message to update the firmware

I was renting from my cable provider and was very disappointed with the poor connections we were experiencing. As soon as I finished connecting our Nighthawk AC1900, the difference was instantaneous!
