overall the modem is great, though often we lose connectivity to our internet but works again after we turn it on and off. we are not sure if it’s because of our isp but it could be the modem, hence one star removed.

This is perhaps one of the best products I have bought in my life. I will continue to use NETGEAR products simply because of this modem router. My internet connection is not good, but the performance is still excellent.

Couldn’t believe how easy this was to setup and the consequent speed and distance capability. I was just about to change my laptop thinking that it was the machine and not the network that was lacking until I changed to Netgear Nighthawk. There was an immediate change in performance. Very satisfied!
