No option to update router

This router randomly says network detection error when all the lights are green and the app for this product does not let you check for or install updates. I would have returned it but it's past the return by date. I submitted a case 2 weeks ago and still waiting for assistance on how to update.

great product

This product is working perfect. We are no longer having issues when streaming or online with it cutting out and saying we have no internet when it was working, which is why we needed a new wifi/ modem.This is the first we have used this product and we are very pleased with it.

Great Router with one exception

I love the router. Easy to setup. It has been working great. The one issue is after I logged in with my computer, the router has locked my computer out and when I log in with the app it always wants me to change the password.

Unreliable

Worked fine for a brief while, now randomly drops Internet for up to a couple of minutes at least once a week. VERY frustrating. Thought it was my ISP, but problem remained after switching.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best Wifi
