Trouble

Multiple Devices that operated seamlessly with previous router are able to “locate” this router. Support contacts spoke with thick accent that was very, very, difficult to understand. They “resolved” the multiple issues by telling me to contact the other devices support and closed the support ticket. Buy from different company.

this was my 1st experience buying a modem router, normally id just get whatever the cable company give me. thankfully this was a great experience. Simple to set up, easy to monitor and i get great speeds through out the house!

Ordered this to avoid the installation service fee from my internet provider, but then struggled much more than I expected when I started setting it up. The Nighthawk app made it all a lot more straightforward of a process, and their customer service phone line was incredible! Finally got it all figured out at midnight, with lots of help from their team.

Amazing router and nighthawk app.

This is the third net gear router I have used for home network. They have provided easy setup and reliable service. The new nighthawk set up and worked flawlessly. Before I shutdown the old router I installed the nighthawk app and followed directions for setting up my new router. I think this step helped me work quickly through the process.
