The device never truly worked. Tech support is a joke and is just there as a barrier to you getting a new one under warranty. Wifi cut out constantly and never got speeds I should be from ISP and previous modems

As someone who used to work for Apple and violently defended the Airport routers and their simplicity in setup and maintenance, I am thoroughly impressed by this combo unit. The Noghthawk app is simple and easy to use, the consistency in connection is the best I’ve ever seen for a modem router combo—though to be fair I haven’t used their higher end units. For the cost you can’t get much better than this
