I had a Netgear AC1750 and with all of my gadgets I had issues. Once I upgraded to this Nighthawk that all ended. It was the best upgrade I made.

I had a Netgear modem/router but had issues with my Amazon Echo 5 and Dot. Nighthawk fixed that and has really improved my connectivity.

I recently purchased this item to replace a Netgear cable modem and router because I attempted to update the router and the router crashed.Technical support refused to help me after a certain point even though they told me they would help me. It was easier to just get a whole new modem so I did and that solved ALL of my problems like my Alexa Echo not connecting and tech support not helping me.

Works perfectly good with strong signal for 2.4 and 5 with good speed. Best budget router combo you can get with good speed support.
