Amazing

Had a four year old router from netgear that worked really well. Wanted to get my own modem/router combo, getting the rental price off my internet bill. Works amazing! Have usable wifi connection past my neighbors house!

I had a great experience with this product. It was a huge improvement over my last WiFi router. I enjoy the app that allows you see all of the devices on your network. The speed is incredible.

App not connecting to router

Installation was easy. I called Spectrum to switch then downloaded the Nighthawlk app. It was 10 minutes. The app no longer connects to router. We still have internet but are unable to access extra capabilities that the app provides. It has only been a few days since installation.
